What is the Skipass system?

Skipass is the system we use for our tickets. It lets you top it up from anywhere with internet access, avoiding the lines at our ski center's ticket offices. The Skipass card has a built-in chip, so you can pass through the lift access faster and have more time to enjoy your day in the mountains.

How to top up your Skipass?

  2. 2Click on Skipass top-up.
  3. 3Log in to your account. This gives you access to special discounts.
  4. 4Select the product and the date you want to ride.
  5. 5Wait for the payment confirmation.
  6. 6See you right out on the slopes!

When you buy your Skipass online, remember to stop by the resort ticket office with your confirmation email to pick up your purchase.

Reloadable Skipass card price $6.000*

*The first time you buy your day ticket you'll pay $6.000 to get your Skipass card; this is a one-time charge only. The Skipass cannot be purchased without an associated product.

How to use your Skipass?

Keep your Skipass card in the left pocket of your ski pants or jacket. To ski, just arrive at our resort, pass through the gates and the corresponding ski day is automatically deducted.

Good to know

  • Don't keep your Skipass next to phones or devices that emit radio frequency or magnetism.
  • The gate reads and opens automatically when it recognizes the Skipass; there's no need to force or hit it.
  • Skipasses are blocked automatically if they are misused.
  • If the gate doesn't open, please go to one of our customer service offices, located across from El Parador.
  • Lift and service staff are not authorized to unblock a Skipass.
  • Children shorter than the turnstile must be accompanied by an adult.
